ibfit 6 week challenge - in studio -

19 lbs and 4 inches down! Doriana committed to the 6 week challenge and never looked back! Sticking to the meal plan, hitting 10K steps a day and showing up for all her workouts. She's committed to her goals know and feels good making a lifestyle out of eating more whole foods and strength training!
